Shredded potatoes
kraut
onions
bacon
mushrooms
wine
2 or 3 eggs beaten
flour
- grate potatoes
- fry bacon and onions till brown
- chop and brown mushrooms -add wine and continue cooking until most of wine is gone
- add all the stuff to-gether in a bowl - add flour until you have a fairly dry batter
- fry until golden brown - put in oven until all done .
- seve with apple sauce or sour- cream
