A meal in one (sauerkraut, meat & potatoess Servings: 8-10

1medium can sauerkraut
approximately 4-5 good sized potatoes
2 loops smoked sasuage broken into 3-4 inches
1lrg onion sliced into rings
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
- slice potatoes about 1/4 rounds and place in bottom of pot.
- place kraut on top of kraut,then add onion rings along with salt & pepper. Add 2 cups water.
- place smoked sasuage over top And simmer with lid on for about two hours.
- If you prefer, you may place in pressure cooker and pressure for 15 minutes after the pressure comes up to a jiggle.
Prep Time: 25-30 minutes
