Grandpa's Kraut Salad

1 - 14oz can Frank's Sauerkraut
1/2c Celery (chopped fine)
1/4c Onion (chopped fine)
1/4c Green Pepper (diced)
1/4c Pimento
1/4c Sugar
1/8c Vinegar
Dash of Pepper
- Combine kraut, celery, onion, green pepper and pimento in bowl.
- In sauce pan mix together sugar, vinegar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Make sure sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. When cool add 1/2 T cooking oil and pour over kraut mixture. Refrigerate overnite.
