sauerkraut relish Servings: ?

1 lg can of sauerkraut
1/2 c celery chopped fine
1/2 c red onion chopped fine
1 bottle (10 to 12 0z) Heintz Chili sauce
a little sugar to taste.... you may not need it.
A little seasoned salt....if you like it.
- Mix the ingredients together, omitting the salt and suger.
- Put in a tupperware like container and chill overnight.
- The next day add suger and salt to taste. Some people don't add any.
- Let it sit for an hour. If it's hot, put it back in the fridge.
- Serve over brats, hot dogs or hamburgers.
