Combine in a 5 quart crock pot/slow cooker and mix well:
1 medium potato, cut into 1/4" cubes
1 lb. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 can opr jar (32 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 cups chicken broth
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices
2 celery ribs, sliced
2 TB vinegar
2 tsp. dried dill weed + 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- Cover and cook on HIGH heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
Skim fat. Garnish individual servings with bacon.
