5 pounds of beef brisket
2 cups diced onions
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups sauerkraut
3 cups beef broth
1 cup chicken broth
- Cook the beef Brisket as recommended on package.
- Put Brisket in a pot and in a seperate pot boil the beef and chicken broth.
- Add the broth to the beef brisket.
- The vegatables need to be fried before being added to the pot.
- Once all ingredients are added, wait until it is cool to serve.
- It's an old family recipe and it is very good!
Prep Time: 30 to 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour to 45 minutes
