sauerkraut salad Servings: four

2# bagor2 canssauerkraut drained
1 can bean sprouts drained
1 and one third cup diced celery
1 and one third cup diced green pepper
2 thirds cupdiced onion
1 andone half tsp. celery seed
1 grated carrot
- in a saucepan mix 1 and one half cups sugar,2 thirds cup salad oil, 2 thirds cup vinegar,
- Heat until sugsr dissolves, Pour over vegetables in a bowl,refrigerate. turn over next day. Keeps forever.
